DiaCut FD punching oil

Punching oil DiaCut FD has been especially developed for those punching processes where an evaporation without any residues is required. DiaCut FD prevents effectively the formation of built-up edges and allow for punching largely without burrs. It can also be used for simple forming and deep drawing processes. Special additives guarantee a good wetting of the workpiece and thus reduce effectively the tool wear.

DiaCut FD is suited for working with both copper alloys and non-ferrous metals until gauges of 2 mm and steel sheets of 1 mm. The surfaces will not discolour. With its low viscosity DiaCut FD evaporates very quickly leaving no residues behind.

DiaCut FD can be rolled, spread or sprayed onto the workpiece. It is free of chlorine, heavy metals and practically free of aromatic compounds and thus guarantees best health protection as well as greatest possible effectivity.
