SintoCut PE-HE 1000 - synthetic high-performance metal working fluid

SintoCut PE-HE 1000 is a high performance product based on polyalphaolefines. It has nearly no odour, it is of absolute shearing stability, extremely resistant to aging, physiologically safe (no aromatic content) and contains no chlorine or any heavy metals. Its very good viscosity/temperature relationship guarantees maximum flushing and cooling qualities in all temperature ranges.

The use of high performance additives with large pressure absorption in combination with interfacial active substances leads to high cutting speeds and excellent surface finish. Tool life is considerably increased and the formation of built-up cutting edge effectively prevented.

Its extremely low tendency towards vaporization and misting results both in a high level of safety while being worked and also in a high profitability. This product is not aggressive towards varnishes and elastomers. In spite of its low viscosity, SintoCut PE-HE 1000 has a high flash point.

SintoCut PE-HE 1000 is the ideal alternative to water soluble cooling lubricants for turning, milling, drilling and cutting operations in modern CNC-controlled machining centres. SintoCut PE-HE 1000 is especially designed for the work either on high alloyed steel, cast iron or non ferrous metals.
