DiaPress ZHO - punch-, fine forge and forming oil

DiaPress ZHO is a high-performance deep drawing and forming oil suitable for extremely heavy forming work. It is free from chlorine, heavy metals and oil mist and has a high degree of ageing stability and good  viscosity/temperature properties. A very high pressure capacity is made possible by special friction-improving and EP additives. This product has good wetting and parting characteristics, pumping with gear pumps causes no problems. The finished pieces also have a basic rust protection.

DiaPress ZHO forming oil can be used for all most complicated deep drawing, fineedge blanking of high alloyed steel blanks up to 14 mm and also for many forming processes (e.g. forward rod extrusion, backward can extrusion, side extrusion, and bar, pipe and wire drawing) even for high alloyed and stainless steels. In many cases it is possible to use this oil instead of products containing chlorine.

DiaPress ZHO can be easily removed with all standard cleaning systems (aqueous alkaline, hydrocarbons, perchlorethene).
